Ride release
In the case a rider has a pre-existing injury they must fill out a release of liability form which is available at Guest Services or the Mobile Office.
A cast, brace or sling requires a ride release – You may be prohibited from riding some rides. A Ride Release must be signed by the participant if over 18, if the participant is a minor ride release form must be signed by Parent / Legal Guardian.
